Using our data

Our compilation of polls, the averages we compute, the pollster scorecard and our charts are licensed under CC BY 4.0: reuse them for any purpose, including commercially, with credit to ElectionsUSA and a link to the page or dataset you used. Poll results are facts published by each pollster and credited on every row. Fields compiled from Wikipedia are available under CC BY-SA 4.0. Prediction-market prices remain subject to the terms of the platform that publishes them. Historical accuracy data derives from FiveThirtyEight's open dataset (CC BY 4.0) and presidential results from the MIT Election Data and Science Lab (CC0).

No advice, no guarantees

ElectionsUSA reports polls and market prices; it does not forecast results or call races. Nothing on the site is investment, betting or legal advice. We work to keep every number right and correct errors openly on the corrections log, but the data is provided as is, without warranty.
